Insurance is available on U.S. shipments only. Several insurance options are available to allow for orders of multiple books. If insurance is desired, add $2 for the first $50 of insurance, and an extra dollar for every $100 of insurance thereafter. If insurance is not purchased, the book is shipped at the buyer's risk.
